Help

Read this first. One short guide for everyone who can open LinkIT.

What LinkIT is

LinkIT keeps your web links and notes in one place. Continue as a Guest to use this device only, or sign in so the workspace can sync. This page is the public read-me. It is the same for Guest, Lite, and every signed-in plan.

Pages, categories, and links

A Page is one context, such as Work or a project. Inside a Page, Categories group related links. Reorder by dragging, or sort A–Z. Pin an item to keep it at the top. Quick Link (Add) saves a URL in one step.

Sticky notes

Each Page can hold Sticky Notes next to its links: checklists, pictures, drawings, and voice, when your plan includes them. Labels, including the built-in Private label, work across pages.

Journals and C.O.A.T.

Open Journal from the sidebar. A journal holds tabs, and each tab holds sheets. C.O.A.T. is the filing shape for those journals: 01 Client, 02 Output, 03 Admin, and 04 Team. Journals turn on with higher plans. Pages stay available on Guest and Lite.

Getting around

Labels, Archive, and Trash live in the sidebar. Archive sets something aside without deleting it. Trash holds deleted items until you empty it. The Tour button walks the screen you are on. On plans that include it, Ask your brain answers from your journal sheet write notes and cites the journal, tab, and sheet.

Plans and policies

What this build includes is on What’s in LinkIT. What each plan includes is on Upgrade Plan. Terms, Privacy, the EULA, License, and Refunds are in Legal. Those policy pages are the source of truth for how LinkIT treats your account and your data.
